Two friends, a story of trust: the birth of the ACN Group project in 2011
More than twenty-five years ago, the two founders, Cédric and Anthony, shared a common passion: helping others. At the time, there was no indication that this meeting, on the benches of a fire station, would give rise to a major professional project: the ACN Group.
A fateful encounter
It was more than two decades ago. We had just started as volunteer firefighters, driven by a desire to help and protect. That's where Cédric and Anthony met, already passionate about the field and invested in the life of the group. We quickly discovered that we shared three essential values: a love of the field, a sense of community, and an uncompromising commitment to prevention.
These values, acquired through interventions, training and exchanges within the fire station, would become the foundation of our friendship, but also, much later, of our professional project.
From passion to profession
After several years of working together in risk prevention and management, our respective careers took us in complementary directions: fire safety, crisis management, professional training, team management... But we always retained this shared passion for knowledge transfer and protection.
The idea for the ACN Group came about quite naturally, through our discussions and accumulated experience. We wanted to create a different kind of training organisation, where the teaching would be demanding, pragmatic and 100% operational, reflecting what we had learned in the field.
The birth of the ACN Group - 15 June 2011
Together, we have built a training organisation specialising in risk prevention, safety, soft skills and quality of life at work. Our mission: to support micro-businesses, SMEs and large groups, both in France and internationally, to help them meet the challenges of safety, performance and well-being at work.
Our strength? A personalised approach, based on listening, analysing the specific needs of each organisation, and a desire to offer practical training that can be immediately applied in the field.

To meet the needs of our clients, we offer online and face-to-face training courses throughout France and Europe. This flexibility allows us to support both local teams and multi-site groups, adapting to the constraints of each organisation.
Our digital platform also offers e-learning modules, virtual classrooms and blended learning courses, for a gradual increase in skills adapted to each individual's pace.
