- ACN Group: Quality Commitment and Certifications

QUALIOPI
- What is it?
QUALIOPI is the quality certification mark for training providers in France. It is issued by accredited bodies, in accordance with a national standard.
- Why is it important?
Since 1 January 2022, QUALIOPI has been mandatory for access to public or mutualised funding (OPCO, CPF, Pôle Emploi, etc.).
It certifies the reliability and quality of training processes and the continuous improvement of teaching practices.
- For the ACN Group:
Certification obtained on 28/10/2020 for continuing professional training activities, in accordance with legal requirements (Article L.6316-1 of the Labour Code and Law No. 2018-771).
VERISELECT
- What is it?
It is a quality label issued by Bureau Veritas, an internationally recognised organisation, for training organisations.
- Why is it important?
This label guarantees compliance with demanding criteria in terms of management, educational engineering, trainee monitoring and customer satisfaction.
- For the ACN Group:
Certified since 30/12/2019, which reinforces credibility and trust among customers and partners.
INRS (National Institute for Research and Safety)
- What is it?
The INRS issues accreditations to training organisations to provide SST (Sauveteur Secouriste du Travail) training.
- Why is it important?
The accreditation guarantees that SST training courses comply with national standards and that trainers are competent.
- For the ACN Group:
This allows us to offer SST training courses that are recognised throughout France for prevention and safety at work.
CSSCT/CSE
- What is it?
The CSSCT (Health, Safety and Working Conditions Committee) and the CSE (Social and Economic Committee) are bodies representing employees within a company.
- Why is it important?
Training for members of these bodies is regulated and must be provided by organisations approved by the DIRECCTE (now DREETS).
- For the ACN Group:
This accreditation enables us to train elected staff representatives on health, safety and working conditions, in accordance with the law.
AIPR (Authorisation to Work Near Networks)
- What is it?
AIPR is a mandatory authorisation for people working near underground or overhead networks (construction sites, public works, etc.).
- Why is it important?
Approved examination centres can organise the official tests required to obtain AIPR certification, which is essential for many professionals.
- For the ACN Group:
Being an AIPR examination centre allows us to offer a comprehensive range of services to companies in the public works sector.
