ACN Group is firmly committed to promoting access to training for all, including people with disabilities. The aim is to guarantee equal opportunities and enable everyone to undertake training in the best possible conditions.
OUR APPROACH
What this means in practical terms:
- Personalised needs assessment: Whenever a person with a disability applies to enrol, ACN teams assess the situation in order to offer the most appropriate adjustments.
- Possible adjustments: These may include accessibility of premises (face-to-face), provision of adapted tools or materials, adjustment of teaching methods, mobilisation of specific human resources, etc.
- Dedicated support: The ACN Group's disability advisors are available to listen, advise and implement solutions tailored to each situation.
